Ródenas & Rivera manufactures coextruded films for laminating and printing. They are used for making a wide range of thermoformed base and lid structures, tray lids, flow packs and bags (vacuum, stand up, sachets).
The complexes that can be obtained are varied, always depending on the needs of the packaged product, the production line, and the thermal processes to which the product will be subjected once packaged.
Food products are very sensitive to several factors such as light, oxygen, microorganisms. Therefore, the structures may be subjected to processes of sterilization, pasteurization, hot filling, microwaveable, vacuum, modified atmosphere, to preserve all the properties of the food.
Another particularly important sector is the pharmaceutical industry, where films must guarantee good sterilization.
